Enhance your practice with a working understanding of employment law and the Equality Act 2010 provisions on disability to build confidence to support clients with long term health conditions decide whether and when to disclose a disability and seek support to achieve reasonable adjustments at work. Understand the breadth of those protected under the Act and empower clients (employees/employers) with this knowledge to secure rights and adherence to responsibilities in the workplace. Learn about workplace policies and procedures operating at work to help employees and employers to negotiate these effectively and achieve disability sensitive outcomes.
