With this in mind, I am pleased to invite you to attend the annual Long-Term Conditions Conference at the QEII, London on Thursday 25th January 2018.

Now in its 8th year, this conference explores the challenges of delivering care for an increasing number of patients with long-term conditions and multimorbidity in the UK; focussing on enabling self-care and management through tech solutions, mental health and rehabilitation support and improving quality of life for patients.

We are pleased to announce the following speakers for the morning plenary:

  • The Rt Hon Norman Lamb, Liberal Democrat Spokesperson (Health), MP for North Norfolk
  • Jacquie White, Deputy Director for Long-term Conditions,  NHS England
