Do you know about the SCI specific Massive Open Online Courses?

Keep your eye out for different courses run periodically throughout each year for each of the professions within SCI.
Courses are based on and run in conjunction with the International Spinal Cord Society and other affiliated organisations.
They run in 5-week blocks, requiring approx. 5 hours per week.  Participants can log on and move through the course curriculum at a time convenient to them within the 5 week period.
Have a look and see whether your professions course is running here.

Congratulations to Jasmine Hearn, who was awarded the 2018 ‘MASCIP Paul Kennedy Bursary’.

The Paul Kennedy Bursary is awarded to a project that will make an identified difference to the lives of individuals living with a SCI.

The initiative could be attending a conference or training event, undertaking a qualification, completing an audit, project or anything that can be objectively seen to ‘make a difference’.

Look out for the call for next year’s applications, via this newsletter.
